It's completely random who gets chosen. Disney's computer will randomly select a place and a person number, and then the cast member at that location will count the number and then let the winners know.
So if might be the 13th person to exit the Haunted Mansion ride after 1PM.
It doesn't matter what you wear. It won't be a factor.

You have to win the nights stay in the castle. It is randomly picked, so I don't think that the shirts will help much. A computer actually tells the castmember what location to go to, to pick the person that one.
I don't have the link on me right now with the video inside the suite, but if I find it I will post it a little later.

I don't think it will work. It isn't like a game show where you need to draw attention to yourself. The winners are randomly chosen.
Sorry, I can't seem to find any good video links. I have spent the last 10 minutes trying.
