Do you mean isolations? where you only move your upper body and not your lower or vise versa?
Yes. It took a lot of work to isolate ONE part of your body to move and not the other part. I can only explain how to do upper isolations. Put your hands on your hips and shift your upper body making it so that you cant move your lower body at all. Front, back, right left. Eventually (takes a while to get the hang of it) you'll be able to do them without holding your hips.
For your lower body, I usually have my arms out so that its like a t shape and my legs shoulder width apart and do the same, front back left right over and over.
If you mean completely not moving like the other replies say, then thats easy =]

That is not called dancing then. It is impossible. Danceing involves moving at least one part of your body.
