I just made reservations for Disney World for the week of March 5. We will be using the Disney's Magical Express. Does anyone know when I will get the park tickets and the luggage tags? This is our first time staying at the resort.

You will get the luggage tags in the mail, and your park tickets, if purchased as part of the package, are actually your room key!!

You will love it. I have stayed at All-Star Movies and Pop Century and both are pretty nice.

When you get to the Orlando airport, you will go to a separate area (you can ask for directions if you are not sure- but it is on the lower level) and then after you check in there, you get in line to your resort. Busses come and take you to the resort. You will see a little welcoming video while you on being tranported.

You go directly to your resort, and check in. Your luggage will be delivered to your room, but sometimes this can take a few hours. I would suggest taking a change of clothes in your carry on bag. (especially if you are travelling from a cold weather climate) That way you can put on some shorts (or just lighter clothes) and enjoy your first day at a park of your choice. Or you can take your swim-suit and take a dip in the pool!

If you choose to go to a park, you can take your carry-on to your room and then proceed to the bus stop. There will be a different section to stand in for each of the parks. Just get in line there and wait for the bus to come. Remember, too, that the bus will be very crowded in the mornings and at night when the parks open & close. As long as you know that ahead of time, it doesn't seem too bad.

I hope you are going to the Pirate and Princess party. the last day is March 8. I really wanted to get there for that. It is an extra cost, but it takes place after the park closes. (But be aware, you wouldn't know the difference because it is still crowded. We were there in Dec. for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.. It was great!)

Have a Magical Vacation!!!

You will get the Park tickets upon arrival to your Walt Disney World Resort. About the luggage tags you should receive them by mail. If you do not you should inform them before your arrival in Orlando. I have some suggestions about your stay at the resort! It is so nice to stay at a Disney Resort. You get many benefits. Almost every night there is something called Disney's Magic Hours where you can stay in the park later than park hours exclusively for Disney Resort Guests. The park with these hours vary every night. Also, it is the Year Of A Million Dreams so you could possibly even be selected to stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite, lucky for you, you must be a Resort Guest in order to stay at the Castle. They will also be randomly giving out Golden Fast passes and more. Hope you have a magical time!

You should be getting them in the mail soon. If you do not get them by Tuesday I would call and ask them about it. They can then tell you if they have mailed and so on. WHen your luggage tags come the tickets for the bus come to. Do not lose them! THey are very important. The tickets for the park you get when you check in. THey go on your room key. Your room key is well for you room, to get into parks (your ticket key), if you have the disney dinning plan it is your meal ticket too, also it can be your credit card, you can put a credit card attached to it if you would like too charge items at disney. If you have younger kids going that you do not to be able to charge that is fine they can block them from doing that. Staying at the resorts are so nice, the buses take you every were, you never need a car, if you want to go out you can they have babysitting to i believe which is nice if you have children. It is so family friendly and young people friendly. it is a great thing for all ages. You feel safe staying there, there are always ppl around so when you are walking at night you are never alone. When you get there tehyw ill explain everything to you.

Also another idea is to go on www.disney.com and find out which parks are open late for ppl staying at a resort or opening early. it is a great thing to do esp if you awnt more time at the parks and dont have a park hopper pass. it is really is great, there somtimes a lot of ppl but still you move fast on the rides, just dont forget when yu are there to get the bracelet they will give out. Oh and i know i am giving you a lot of info but if you do those pictures that they take it is great, you get one picture card for teh whole trip and when you come home you can order the pictures if you want them, you can look at them on line at home its wonderful!
Good luck and have fun!

If you are referring to the Magical Express luggage tags, those are supposed to come a few weeks before you leave. However, a lot of the times Disney does not get the shipped out in time, also since are going so soon, they may not have time to get them to you. You don't need to have them, you will just need to talk to them once you get there and they will take care fo you.

The luggage tags you get with a Disney package will come with your final documents, which come a few weeks before travel.

The tickets, unless you purchased tickets seperately and had them mailed to you, will be incoded on your room key card once you arrive at your resorts.

Have a great time!

Hello!
Congratulations on planning your magical trip to Walt Disney World!
You should get the luggage tags within maybe a week with some other info like the magical express time frame, what room you may be staying in, etc.
If you're staying on Disney property [assuming you are with the Magical Express] then you will get your tickets on your room key card. Your room key is actually "your key to the world". it is you rpark ticket, room key, and if you choose to put money on it upon check-in your charge card.
Please visit www.disboards.com for more dinsey world information.
Have a magical time!

We are going to WDW the week of March 17 and made reservations Jan. 29. We got our luggage tags just last week, but we got the Magical Express sticker tags around Valentine's Day. I would call and ask.

I believe that they mail you the luggage tags. I cant remember, as my mom took us last. But you get your park tickets at the hotel you stay at, if its on disneys property. It will be your hotel card, cool right? Have a great time! Say hi to Mickey for me!

The luggage tags you will get before you go- if you used a travel agent then you will get then from your travel agent. If you booked it yourself, then it will come in the mail. You will get you park hopper tickets at check in. Have fun!

That's short notice. Should maybe get them by Friday of next week. If you don't get them by then, Call Disney again and ask them what to do or to see when you will get them. Usually within a week.
