I can't access the MySpace page as a user because someone else created it. It has my picture and name and some very offensive and racist comments. I've complained to MySpace and reported abuse thrice but have not received an answer. Any suggestions?

your local law inforcment ageny (the state police detective) is suppose to work on situations like this. I would call the state police post, ask to talk to a detective, and then explain your image is being used to promate racism. its a hate crime to use you for a racist site. then, and only then, would I tell them its myspace. they can be put in jail for it.

No, Myspace is down, basically wait till ultimately the servers come back on line. It basically loaded for me however the homepage is all tousled so i'm guessing they became the servers off to restoration and make a sparkling homepage for myspace. wait and notice. & to the individuals complaining that folk shop asking this question, they do no longer understand that folk in the previous them have asked yet it relatively is why they ask so quiet down & basically go away the class in the experience that your so aggravated with it. this is basically yahoo solutions adult men, heavily, bypass do some thing else or bypass to a diverse classification if it gets you so aggravated.

You have to report it as abuse to the Myspace staff. Emailing Tom will not work because everyone and their mom emails Tom.

You could actually file a police report on this person. You are within your rights to do that. Press charges and take them to court.

If you can find out who did it, kick their ***.
on the more logical side, i see you have notified MySpace, which is the first step. unfortunately, there's nothing you can do until they get back to you.
