You need to see a doctor, because worms can eat all the nutrients you are getting, and you can become very ill.

You can try an over the counter remedy at your local drug store. Stay away from the pet de-wormers! There are ones for humans.
The doctor can give you something.
Or you can go to drnatura.com and do the colon cleanse with parasite cleanse and be rid of them forever.
I recomend the last idea.

Yes and i know its imbarassing, so go to your local pet store and pick up some worm medication for dogs. Should work the same on humans.

Yes there is a cure...but you need to go to a doctor and have them check you out...they will give you an oral solution which clean your system...
