What would happen if you....?

If you were borned on February 29? When will your birthday be the years after?

Those born before noon on the 29th have their birth certificate dated the 28th, those born after noon are dated 1st March. ...
That way I wouldn't have to wait four years for my birthday to roll around. (just kidding)

It is March 1 every year that is not a leap year.
