It is a pain. I've been getting 999 errors for 2 weeks. They informed me they know there is a problem but they won't give a time frame.

Yahoo does that to me sometimes too. If you have two different internet browsers (firefox and internet explorer) than just switch. Otherwise if you have links to the questions or look at peoples profiles you can still answer. If you wait around an hour without going on yahoo it should go away but thats a long time to wait.

I had this today with my 360 and the other day asking questions.
It cured the 360 thing in an hour or so, and the asking Q's overnight. Guess you have to wait, but don't worry, it'll come back.

It means that you have made too many changes / spent too much time on their servers.

Means that you been on here all day and they don't want you to get to many points in one day. That is all I can figure out cause when it happened to me, I was able to get right back on the next day. And they say unlimited answers!
