Scabies is a contagious disease which is spread via towels, linen, clothing and poor hygeine so it extremely important to practice good hygeine at all times to prevent cross infection. Washing all clothing, towels etc on hot wash will help to kill off any bacterium present and prevent it from recurring. Do not be tempted to share towels or bed linen with anyone you suspect of having Scabies as this could only re-infect you again.
As a qualified Aromatherapist, I would recommend you regularly dab a small amount of Tea Tree neat to the inflammed area of skin as this will help reduce itchiness and soreness. Tea Tree is known for its antibacterial and antiseptic properties so you should find it particularly useful for your ailment. Lavender too is a good all round essential oil which can be applied neatly to the skin and cheap to buy. You can buy Tea Tree and Lavender from good herbal shops such as Holland and Barrett for as little as £3.50.
If things do not improve then I would suggest seeking further advice from your GP as you may need prescribed antibacterial creams.

No, tea tree oil will not kill the scabies. You'll need to get a prescription of 5% permethrin cream.

No, but it may soothe the itch.
Scabies is caused by a mite, spread from person to person and sometimes via fomites. ( handled material). It causes intense itch especially at night.
It is becoming a devil to treat as the mite is increasingly resistant to the nice modern treatments.(Permethrin and Malathion). It is however usual to try these first. It is still fairly sensitive to some of the older, but less pleasant, preparations like Benzyl Benzoate.

NO way. Scabies requires antibiotics. The very weak antibacterial action of tea tree oil will not effectively cure scabies. If you keep contracting it, you may not have had a high or long enough dose of medication to completely clear it. It's highly contagious and spreads fast, so my advice is to get back to the doc.

You need a prescription lotion from your doc. It's highly contagious. So, you are around someone who has it and keeps giving it back to you. Whatever facility you work at, or their home, needs to be cleaned well. Bed linens, clothing, etc. all need to be washed in HOT water in order to kill the mites. It only takes a couple of mites to reinfest a human. I don't think the Tea Tree oil is going to do the trick for ya.

No, I do not believe that would work. Scabies are not passed by neglected people. They usually are passed under the fingernail, oftentimes after you have been working in the garden/yard. I kept getting them, finally I started wearing latex gloves to work in the yard, haven't gotten it since. It requires a good dose of medicine over a ten day period to rid yourself of these guys, they crawl around under your skin drinking your blood and pooping. My doctor also said if I grew my fingernails longer, I may be able to avoid getting them because they burrow in under the nail.
