My new halogen bulb is not working; 1 of the 2 copper wires had fallen off, doesn't work even if I put it back. What should I do?? How can I fix it??

the copper wires have fallen out, not from the bulb but from the connector from ceiling.

I suspect you are referring to a low voltage halogen lamp, with two pins that push into a small, usually porcelain lampholder??
If so buy a new GX5.3 lampholder which has 6-8" leads attached, and connect it into the terminal block or transformer behind the light fitting. (Copy the connections that are there) Cost about £1.50.

If the wires inside the bulb are not sound, all you can do is buy a new bulb.

They can't be fixed.. and you have to remember not to touch the bulb without gloves.
