Of course they fit that definition. Can you name 1 thing that libs say has been good? They live for the doom and gloom and look for failure. I bet it will not be long til you start hearing about how wonderful the economy is now that they hold power in Congress. What a joke. The funny thing is that the only reason they won is because the Republicans got greedy and left their principals. It is shameful to behave the way the libs are. If Clinton were the prez and he took us to Iraq, I would back him because we as Americans owe it to the president to support him. And for the record, I thought Clinton was a horrible president that benefited from a rather robust economy that he had nothing to do with. So for the war or against the war, it is time to shut up and get behind our troops and president. I am not saying you have to agree, but at least show a bit of patriotism for the men and women that are willing to have their blood spilled so that you may enjoy the privilege of bitching.

'scuse me, while i whip this out..........
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself.
"For the traitor appears not a traitor – he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear."
– Marcus Tullius Cicero 42 B.C
seemed appropriate for the question :P

Some liberals just want to be right. No matter what the cost. The more deaths they see in Iraq, the happier they are.
