Yes i'm annoyed!
SO much has happened that I couldn't possibly tell you what has happened but i'll try!
Jack, Sawyer and Kate have been captured by the others. Sawyer and Kate were kept in cages together, and after a while Kate and Sawyer finally get together and do it! Jack spots this on a monitor!
Jack has been kept on his own in a hatch underwater! He has been kept there to perform surgery on Ben (who was the 'other' captured by the islanders!). he has a tumour on his spine which just so happens to be Jack's speciality!
During the surgery, Jack holds Ben hostage on the operating table and will only 'fix' Ben if they let Sawyer and Kate go, but what he doesn't know is that they are trapped on another island 2 miles away from the island they crashed on but eventually one of the others helps them to get a boat and they sail off back to island together but they leave Jack behind! That's where we are at with them!

On the original crash island, Eko is killed by the balck smoke afte it appeared as his brother and told Eko to beg for forgiveness and as he refuses, he is killed!
Desmond appears in the jungle after the explosion in the hatch, naked! and appears to have a flashback to his life before the island where a strange old lady tells him that it doesn't matter what he does he cannot change the future! (it's all very strange!)
He then correctly predicts that a lightning bolt will strike the camp and that claire is drowning in the sea and saves her but it turns out that it is charlie he is saving! but as the old lady said, it doesn't matter what desmond does, charlie will die! (oh no!)
Sayed, Jin and sun head off on desmonds boat to get kate, sawyer and Jack back but they encounter the others and after a bit of a battle, sun kills one of the others!
Phew!!!! I think that's all! There maybe more but at the moment that's all I can think of!

it will be back on channel 4, but it probably won't be for aaaages. you should download it, that's what i do it's HD-TV quality and you can watch it whenever you want.
if i were to tell you what was happening in it, would that not ruin it for you?
