Not sure of your specific model, but they should self-reset when the temperature drops. If it's electronically controlled you may have to turn the power off to it. Check your water pressure, as these will rarely overheat without a good reason. The other reason is if limescale clogs up the heater, that will cause them to trip out, in which case you'd have to get a replacement (and a water conditioner would be a good idea)
