I get pain when im ovulating, its a sharp pain that comes on either side of my abdomen, the pain is managable however. It usually goes away after a day.
Judging by your symptoms , I think that maybe you might have some problem with your ovaries. You should go see a doc straight away if your in that sort of pain.
Good Luck

This could be ovulation cramps. It does happen. Ovulation typically takes place half way through the cycle and sometimes the release of the egg can be felt in a moderate to painful way until your body readjusts. Any time I discontinued the pill I go Through that. If you do not need or really have a want to be off of it maybe reconsider getting back on. Either way I would definitely discuss with physician.

The massive pain could indicate a problem anywhere from a cyst to endometriosis. Or it could be nothing. If its unbarable, you need to see your GYN as soon as possible.

That usually happens when you're ovulating. and you could have a cyst on your ovary. You need to go to your gyn to make sure. If it is a cyst, she'll be able to tell you what choices you have.

well, your not pregnant.

I usually get cramps before i start my period, usually 1 or 2 weeks before i start my period, so dont be scared. If i were you i'd visit your doc and check to see what it can be. But don't worry its nothing serious i'm sure. It's normal and many girls experience what your going through.
