You do not need to go to any yoga class or something like that though you can do it yourself at home by a simple relaxation (which may resemble yoga exercise!!) exercise.
Simply lie down on a bedsheet spread on the floor, let your legs and hands be apart from the body. Simply keep them loosened and watch the part of the body mentally in an order, as you please, like from the foot or from the head. Ensure that you do not keep the muscle tensed or hard or tight. Total relaxation of the whole body; at the end your mind and body will be charged and you feel refreshed for the day. If you continur seriously and sincerely, In 15 days time, you will find enormous good change in you.

You can do at home yoga. Get a yoga DVD....they are usually 20 minutes long.
Or as I do......I like to just lay on the floor. No pillow or anything
and just concentrate on my breathing. It is a GREAT way
to just let all the tension leave your body. Stay there for 10 minutes or so and then I take a hot bubble bath.

Your favorite music is the best relaxation. And A nice hot bath that your body can adjust to with the lights off and once again your favorite music. Especially if you would not mind being alone.

Think about good and useful work you can do and work with concentration ...devotion and dedication. Think positive and
work for self, family, society, country and the world to make
the world peaceful, beautiful and to make the life useful.
That gives the satisfaction and that gives us relaxation.

Put some mellow tunes on, lie down and imagine you are on a deserted sandy beach (that's what I do, anyway)

1. sing
2. deep breathe
3. laugh
4. cook
5. say Thanks and I love you
6. aroma bath
7. tea with honey and lemon
8. nap
9. talk with best friend
10. crafts (clay, wood, painting--depending on your interests)
Accept that you're tired, don't try to "fight it". I also found staying horizontal with lights off and eyes shut for 10-15 minutes helps as well.

You could just do would you like to do. Maybe play with your dog, watch T.V., read a book, whatever you do for fun.
