I went to the mages guy, raminus polus, but i got suspended from the guild and now i have to find 20 dragons tounge and 20 redwort flower, to get back in and talk to him about the cure, untill i find thouse things he will not talk to me about anything elce. How do i find these dragon touges and redwort flowers? and fast!

There's a large concentration of Dragon's Tongue flowers to be found around the entrance to Fort Redwater near the Black Marsh border, northeast of Leyawiin at the last fork of the Panther River, and a few found in the West Weald region between Skingrad and Bravil.
Redwort flowers are southeast of Fieldhouse Cave in Leyawiin County near Black Marsh border. They are on the shore of a swamp that's located just above the 'd' in 'Blackwood' on the map. There are also some Dragon's Tongue there as well. You can also find some Redwort around the Aeylid ruins of Wendelbek and Morahame along the Panther river on the east side of Nibena Bay. There are also small amounts found in the West Weald region between Skingrad and Bravil.
Once you have collected enough, return to the Arcane University and speak with the Arcane Mage, Raminus Polus. He'll be in the Arch Mage's lobby during the daytime

The same thing happened to me in Oblivion. just collect the stuff in the wild or talk to any alchemist in any city to try and purchase some. If you don't want to waste time collected all that stuff, try this:
press the ~ button (I think) and type the following:
player.additem
Then type in the item number, which can be found in the Oblivion Construction Set. After you are let back in the guild, talk to Raminus Polus.

Start keeping saves of games at random so when crap like this happens you can just reload cause it will take you forever to find them. Go to Barnes and Nobles or Gamestop grab the strategy guide and look up the ingredients. It lists the areas you are most likely to find them in. Also make yourself some luck necklaces and rings cause this will up your chances of harvesting the plant when you do come across them.

Your better off staying a vamp, theyer stronger and better in many ways, as for the other question youll find those in largly forested areas.

although it may be annoying and tedious, finding them in the wild is the way i did it.
You can start by buying them in the stores and then searching the wild for the rest.... that should cut down your wandering time.
