why won't they bury this woman ?

I think there is a custody dispute over Anna Nicole's body. As she wasn't legally married to Howard K. Stern, her Mother may be entitled to the body legally. Though I despise HKS, I do feel that Anna Nicole should be buried next to her son Daniel. Maybe they could come to some sort of agreement to hold the burial in the Bahamas if Howard would agree to allow her Mother to attend the funeral? She wasn't allowed to attend Daniel's funeral and that may be the main issue for her.
As for the baby, the paternity test should be done at once. That is the most important issue. Anna Nicole is dead, but her daughter needs to be with her real father, whomever that is. If Howard was her real father, he wouldn't be so resistent to the DNA test. I pray that issue is resolved quickly.

No I don't think they should bury her quickly. Her body should be viewed by several forensics professionals. to be sure they haven't missed anything. I think if it's done quickly(not just for her but anyone that has died) some important information could be missed. I believe her son would've been viewed thoroughly before being buried, also. Plus they need all the DNA possible (in case "something" goes missing). Her daughter needs to be tested along with the potential father, hopefully things can progress for that child's sake.

Whats the fight? Any logical person would assume she'd want to be buried next to her son...why are they trying to stop this?
