I always seem to be atrrtacted to girls that are very wild and loud in the way they act and dresss and girls who always want to get in trouble with the law. Yet I am exactly the opposite personality I am an introverted timid guy who is straight-laced.

You have a fetish for wild girls, it's in your system. You need to control this and urge and find out what exactly turns you on. Focus on that before you end up in trouble.

I would guess it's because slutty forward girls with no class will often make advances to the male, while classy girls wait for the male to step up to the plate. You must be too shy to ask out a classy girl, or else you fear commitment and know that these skanks won't develop into anything serious.
