This song is about a friend of the band who contracted HIV. The music video was of a concert with dolls, with Sum 41's faces on those "performing" in front of a Lite-Brite screen. They were joined with other dolls such as those of Ozzy Osbourne and Jesus Christ.

I heard that this song was about a friend of theirs who had become infected with the AIDS virus. He also stated that it isn't an HIV or AIDS awareness song, but is supposed to make you realize how quickly things can change and how vulnerable we are
