am tired and overwhelmed by the hateful postings by some participants in Yahoo Answers. What needs to happen is that every question should be of Yahoo Guidlines Standards before posting. That means every qusestion should be screened first.

Example: Doris in the LGBT Category...
http://answers.yahoo.com/my/profile;_ylt...

There are racist in the Groups and Cultures as well.

This is a major problem and reflects on everybody and brings the mood of the whole Yahoo Answers experience down. Heck, I've even wanted to cry after dealing with these idiots. Please do somethig soon! Please make Yahoo Anwsers fun again!

Sincerely,
Gregory

PS I sent this letter to Yahoo Answers. Send them your own letter and tell them what you think. Please join me! What do you think?

Agree with you 100%. I report her everytime she comes back posting more hate, but she keeps geting back using another ID to get around the ban. Yahoo needs to find a better way to deal with this stuff.

Yeah I'm with you! It's wrong when people don't accept others as they are. If your gonna post a rude/racist answer , don't bother being on Yahoo! Answers. Some questions are disgusting, stupid, or racist. It makes me sick! Every question should be shown to the Yahoo! Answers owner. ( The person that owns the site/program) I honestly think that Yahoo! Answers will be better once the trollers can't post. Like for instance, on one of my questions someone said "Get A Life" and my question was about Miley Cyrus( I'm a Major Fan) . It's just rude to post that kind of stuff! I mean why would you deserve 2 points for a mean answer? So, I'm TOTALLY with you on your question.

Gregory,
I don't know what you have experienced here and I'm new but so far, I haven't read anything compared to the two forums I have been on. I don't know since this is a gay/bisexual topic that someone has given you a ruff time but I am hetersexual and I have been called every ugly name you can think of because I either disagreed with someone or because of my religious beliefs. This forum has been most refreshing and I don't mean this particular topic but in all categories If I'm allowed to name the other two forums, you can atleast go read and see what I mean I hope you will be able to have a good time again.

I am confused as well. I really don't think Princess Whatshername can afford an IP blocker, why is it that yahoo can not permanently ban an IP address when this is blatant harassment?

I try not to "feed the trolls", I really do, but I swear she just drives me friggin insane - her and jewhater. My only hope is that other 'normal' heterosexuals will read her rants and realize how stupid she/he is.

Good luck. I will compose a letter tonight - great idea - you get a star from me.

If and when Yahoo reopens news related formats for discussion I do believe a great deal of the problem people will be otherwise distracted.

It is the trolls that make Yahoo! Answers so fun. Every community needs a zoo, and the trolls are the closest thing for our community.

Well, there are two types of trolls, malicious trolls like Doris, and Edna.

And playful trolls who post funny (pointless) things which make it fun.

Middle Finger Guy was funny, for example, Edna was not funny when she spammed us, Doris is not funny now.

One group needs to go, one, there must be more of.

I believe that it can. See

Not strictly LGBT, but I got so much fun out of it.
Now, to your question, I and my late partner put up with 42 years of abuse from her family. I asked my brother what we could do about this. His reply was "The bastards have money and their 'church' behind them. They would take any attempt to sue them as an opportunity to blacken your names."
Sadly, he was right and it took severe depression and a painful forgiveness on my part to put them behind me. Gwen, alas, had passed away.

You have wanted to cry based on some words from an ignoramus that you should not have been in the least surprised to encounter?

No wonder you sit at home and avoid real human contact.
