Oh my gosh, your poor brother. Unfortunately, there's probably nothing you can do. It would be great if your boss would fire him and get him away from her. All you can do is stay out of it. Sorry.

This is not a unique situation, it happens everyday. The lesson to be learned here is, they will not stay together, My exwife, has a friend, that left her family for a guy just that age, and guess what? They are no longer together. The family doesnt want her back and the YOUNG boy doesnt want her either. As the old saying goes, "A man/woman without a country" in other words, shes out there with no where to go. She needs to be pulled off to the side and made this clear to her, leave the brother alone and go elsewhere, if you are the BIG sister, then you may need to get this through to her. Also, why doesnt the parents say anything here. He IS still in school. Good luck.

When she is 48 and he is 38 do you think the 18-year old will still find her attractive?
Office romances on the other hand can be trouble. In addition to the turmoil it could cause consider the ethics. Regardless of the difficulties the woman and her husband are going through they are still legally married. This puts the employer in a bad spot. Anything that happens in/on his /her business is his/her legal and tort responsibility. He/she is within their legal rights to terminate one or all parties if anything for the sake of the business.
I do not have any good advice for you. The best you can do is advise both that the affair is not only jeopardizing their job but making yours difficult too. The boss has made you the go-between or moderator placing you in a bad spot in either their eyes or those of your boss. That is unfair.
Additionally, they are providing the estranged husband ammunition when the divorce proceedings begin. In short they are cutting their own throats.
Best solution is for either one of them to resign. It is the fair way out for everyone. Then keep the affair away from the office.
But people smitten or young of age never listen.
Good luck!

Ok. Hmmmm. A 15 year old is your best friend? Yes. The age difference is too great. The 15 year old is at a decided disadvantage and you would do well to socialize more with people of your age and experience.

Have you talked to him? Have you talked to her? At this point she is probably the only one that can change his mind. Try to get your parents to talk to this lady. If they are still locked on doing this then you might have to sit back and let time handle this. It wont last long. Trust me on this.
