there's not much you can really do w/out equipment while playing on the comp.

when you're playing on the computer, instead of resting your legs on the ground, just raise them so they're not touching the floor.

Everytime time there's a set of commercials on TV do 30 sit ups.

Every other question you answer on here do 15 sit ups.

As for the homework don't do anytrhing during that, you really need to work on school work when you need to and not focus on swimming. Besides, only about 0.0001% of all swimmers out there can actually make a full, decent living solely from their swimming so you really need to work on schoolwork since you probably won't even be swimming come college.

training with bands is a great way to get a good stretch and resistance. Tie one side to a door nob and with one arm practice your stoke...them switch to the other arm.

Also bicycles are a great way to simulate the body role...try 45 secs on 15 secs off.

The one thing I can think of doing is sitting on a swiss ball with your legs raised. This will help build your core strength.
