Depends.. There will need to be clear evidence of Iranian Weapon Development, or overt secrecy regarding the Natanz facility.. I think also that it's likely that Israel will do the Dirty work on this one, since they are most at threat from a nuclear Iran.. It can't be too long though, Saudi Arabia is currently in the Process of buying 70-odd Eurofighter Typhoon Superjets from BAE systems.. I'd like to think that any action would be taken before the Saudis new Air Armada is fully operational, as i fear that they may become embroiled in this "iran" scenario, and if they have those weapons available to help Iran... BAD NEWS for the US and it's savage wee pitt-bull puppy, Israel...

From what I can tell, congress, and the people of this country would go up in arms if bush tried to bomb Iran. Forcing our idiologies on other nations is what we've done for over 100 years, and it's time we tried to repair our reputation with the world.

It may be a while because Tony Blair cannot so readily back him now because the British people no longer believe anything he tells them. Like Bush, he did fool some of the people for some of the time, but now knows it will not work again. Both have now got noses longer than poor old little Pinocchio!

You have all kinds of answers to a question hardly one knows the exact answer, including the President himself. Diplomacy is an art and we do not know what effect that will bring to Iran or Iraq and other non-acceptable situations that as you like to predict -- all are on the "brink of war" as wisdom will accept it. Hope we do learn -- and that includes the President of Iran from former errors and man inhumanity towards his fellow man and both sides or all sides retreat to "intelligent compromise". that is what happened in the Cuban crisis -- hopefully Iran will come to their good senses instead of accepting "mass suicide" as their President leader advocates. I am inclined to think that Iran --will come to its senses one of these days, and better be quick rather than slow. Human life on this earth is short lived and no one can escape his destiny. Hopefully the President of Iran with his unacceptable utterances will understand that or the people of Iran will know better. Hope it helps. and mostly hope it helps those people who are in a position to act and react.

When will America stop trying to police the world? We manged just fine before it was invented!
True we Brits used to dominate the world once and were just as bad, as did/were the Germans, Italians(Rome), Greeks, Spanish, Dutch, Turks, Mongols etc etc etc.
Nothing ever changes the one with the biggest stick always bullies everyone else. Pity we as a species are too thick to realize that it never changes anything to fight each other and that by working together we could all be happy, but that is probably impossible for us.
Oh well, pass me my AK and some grenades and lets get on with it!

I doubt he'll bomb either Iran OR Iraq. Knowing his luck, he'll hit some tiny town on the border of both, & finish everyone off!!! He should let someone else be in charge of defence policies before he is responsible for a full-scale disaster.

That's up to Iran.
If they continue to interfere in a war and cause the death of US and UK soldiers or they continue to go Nuclear. The sooner the better in my view.

But he wont. The liberals have caused so many problems for western governments that I am sure that nothing will be done. Then in 5 or 10 years when this comes back to bite us in the ars.e we will have to fight a far bigger war that will cost 20 times the number of lives on all sides.

The sooner the better. Iraq got bombed by the Israel government in 1978, destroying their nuclear facility, and that was good. Somebody ought to do the same with Iran.

You finally got it right. It's Iran next. Don't feel bad, Bush didn't get it right the first time, either, and I doubt if he will get it right on the second time around.

I give him about another week or two.
