An IQ is only a number, based on how you perform on a specific test. It does not measure hard work or discipline. Try not to worry so much about whether or not it's a good number and just put effort into your studies. If you start thinking you can do whatever you want without having to work hard, even if it works for now, it will catch up with you later on.

First of all don't get hung up on what you weigh. But rather concentrate on the area you want to improve. Muscle weighs more than fat. As you exercise you will tone up and reduce your appearance but not necessarily lose weight. You said you want to get rid of your belly and thigh fat. Focus on toning those areas not reducing what you weigh. @ 116 lbs you are NOT over weight. Drink plenty of water. Up to 8, 8 oz glasses a day. Eat small meals 5-6 times a day if possible. 2-3 ounce portions of meat, half cup servings of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from chips, candies, cookies and all junk food. Do cardio exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, which can include a fast walk or slow jog. As you walk or jog tighten your stomach muscles and swing your arms. Exercise to the point where you can talk but would rather not is a good indicator that you are getting a good work out. If you have access to stairs walk up and down them until your heart rate is accelerated. Be careful. Do stomach exercises such as crunches. Good luck!

IQ (Intelligence Quotient) is your intelligence score divided by your age. 100 is normal...that means that your knowledge is 100 times your age. As you get older, your knowledge will continue to grow as well.

Sure, it's OK--but I have known several people who feel that they have intelligence, and that's all that's needed. Sorry, friend, but you've got to use it! And, don't be all impressed by someone saying that they have 101, or even 201--there are so many different kinds of intelligence, a test measures just a small section. Whether or not you have a particular ability may be very important in your life, but not be measured by a test at all.
