something wrong with my ipod?

ok my ipod is frozen and i cant turn it off, i pluged it into my computer and nothing happened how can i fix it???

try restarting it... hold the menu and the middle button together for about 10-15 secz, if dat doesnt work then try pressing other 2 buttonz together for 10 secondz

Hold down the menu button and the center button at the same time and count to 5 or so. That should reboot it. If that doesn't work, goto

I think this is how you do it.....turn ur hold button on then off....then press and hold the middle round button....or the play button....i think that is how u get it to shut off.. try both ways though

strange my just did the same thing but i fixed it by holding the center button and the menu button down at the same time

it is bad to unplugg your ipod with out pressing eject but ur probably going to have to. you could try restarting your computer then plugging it in and taking it out a couple of times untill it shows up that worked with me.
