Some Cable companies off that type of service. In Calgary Shaw Cable offers a flat monly rate with unlimited long distance in Canada.

put in the name of the town for example local telephone for Cape Girardeau mo. also go to goole.com or yahoo.com. it depenpendent of the web your using.
