What happened to it after she had it cut? alot of people are claiming theyre selling the real stuff on ebay and i wanted to know if theres anyway of proving theyre lying.

nah im no britney spears fan,i just sell alot on Ebay and seen alot of dumbasses buying it so wanted to post something to prove its not hers... but i dont wanna get sued if theyre genuine.

There are rumours of Britney's hair being sold on E-bay - whether it's the real thing or not is another matter. Seeing as how she was very ill when she did it, it would be in very bad taste, but people will do anything for a quick buck. They should give the money to charity.

They were going to sell it on EBay but then they took it off of there. So if you see anything on there don't buy it because its fake! The hair salon has kept it & will be auctioning it off starting bid at $1,000,000. Part of the proceeds will go to Britney Spears' Charitable Foundation.

,I think it's time she was left alone to get on with her life, I wouldn't want to be her for love nor money. I just feel so sad that people find it good fun to hound the poor girl until she doesn't know what to do next to get the help she so obviously needs, leave her alone for the sake of her boys and her family, what is it doing to her mum and dad this Britney hounding that seems to be the fun of the moment.

She shaved it of on friday. The stuff on ebay is not her real hair. The salon is saving her hair and is going to use it for a charitable oganization.

I think the salon owner (Esther Tognozzi) has it. With the amount of 'her' hair being sold on ebay, she would have to have been related to a gorilla.

I don't think there is a way to prove they are lying but I did read one of the auctions that states they are willing to prove it with a DNA test...but where would you get her DNA to compare it?

She came out of rehab and asked her hair stylist to shave it, but they refused. So Britney grabbed the shaver and shaved it off herself.
