Chances are the Republicans will run away and lick their wounds for a while then come back with some cunning new plan that everyone will fall for in another 4 to 12 years.
It's a swing of the pendulum.

Alarmist much? Aren't you GOP groupies always going on about "whiny liberals?"
We get it - you just can't handle the idea of the Hilinator, mostly because you're still upset that her husband got head from that chunky intern. Therefore you imagine all sorts of lunatic scenarios in the event she becomes president (which she won't). Yeah, I'm sure the entire military would just quit, just because they share your irrational Hilaraphobia. Followed by the total collapse of the nation - and then the terrorists win! Go have yourself some X-Lax and relax.
(Incidentally, that "goose-stepping commies" remark of a previous "answerer" really made me laugh. Somebody can't tell Right from Left...lol.)

Well, I don't think Hillary will be voted in, but I agree it'll be a while before we'll see the R's back in power. Not because of Bush, but because that's the way this country works. After 6 years of a D, America will be sick of the taxing for social programs and the rule of the federal govt. and it will shift again to R.

I think you need to get your eyes checked.
1) Hillary will probably not win.
2) Our military are professionals. They will obey lawfull orders even from a president they hate.
3) If Hildabeast wins & surenders, the failure will be hers. Even with most of the media in her pocket, people will see that.

They said the same things about the Dem's after Carter. And, again, when the Republican's took control of the House and Senate after forty years of Dem dominance. The is the normal ebb and flow of American politics.
I think you are merely engaging in wishful thinking.
But, if that makes you feel better...knock yourself out!

Our military will fight for our country, regardless of who is in the White House. The Republicans have more $$$$ right now than all the $$$ mankind ever held, they don't need to recover anything, they already have it all.

I don't buy the premise that the military would refuse to fight for any legitimately elected President.

the republicans (bush included) are the ones that got us into this mess. the democrats will have to get us out of it. so basically, we will make things right once and for all. we have enough problems here in the u.s. let's fix what's broken here (like hurricane katrina victims) before we run around the world dictating what's right, and what's wrong. for once.
