Here is the CORRECT answer, as I owned a factory original.
4v carb., dual exhaust, higher comp heads with a pyramid mark on them. Some also came with p/s, p/b.

As memory serves me (I wasn't driving only watching TV back then) it was a package with Power steering, brakes, and maybe seats (maybe not).
Remember that back then these were optional extras. You stopped and steered your car without help unless you paid the bucks for these items.
Other options back then: Air conditioning, FM radios (FM was the new thing.. forget about stereo - didn't exist), electric trunk, and power door locks.
