Family conflict affects the kids in that family, or related to that family. The kids grow up seeing this example as the norm. They in turn pass on this view to thier kids by having a family like thiers. The society will not see any change due to family conflict until the kids grow up. Having strife in the home can also change how you view others, your workmates, the people driving on the road, pretty much everyone you come into conntact with. It will change how you treat them as a result. You care less for them than you do your family members, and if you have strife with your family how much do you care for others? Conflict can also affect the childrens marriages when they are older. As many people know hard in laws can cause problems in your own marriage. In a whole the society is shaped by the family, and how the children are brought up. That is why parenting is the most important job in the world!

That's an awfully broad concept.

With no details or specificity, it's impossible to say.

Most of them probably have no effect at all -- I mean, Ma yells at you to get to those dishes, and you do them.

If you gave some hint of a clue as to what it is you're asking, maybe someone could answer.
