The only difference comes at, cytokinesis. Else everything is same.
And plants don't have centrioles

plants don't have centrioles. Also, during cytokinesis (cell splitting), which strictu sensu is not part of mitosis, plants develop a cell plate whereas animal cells develop a cleavage furrow.
