If that's the case, check your email to see if you got an email from myspace about creating a new account. They always send one out as a confirmation to new users. In the message there should be a link you can click to free up your email again to create a new account.

Some people use other emails to make their account. Just use another E-mail address to make your Myspace Account.

You probably signed up for an account a while ago and just forgot. Or, someone typed in the wrong email address. Simple, request your password. Or hit "forgot password" and use the account.

You may have lock yourself out.
Sometime in the internet, we can experiences a "short term lockout". Once you successfully logout, the system should have done it and forgot to do it rarely. It will automatically logout after certain time expires.
Or.
You forgot the password and you think that someone been using your account.

some ppl lie about they're email address...and even some ppl dont have an email address and so they make up an email address to use
