Pay attention to the lyrics, a guy marries a widow, widow's daughter is grown. Guys dad marries his son's new daughter. Making his dad his brother-in-law also. Making his daughter his mom. So if his daughter is also his mom, his daughter/mom's mom would be his wife. So his wife is his also his grandma. Since he is the husband of his grandma, he is his own grandpa.
