At the end of cellular respiration ,where is the hydrogen atoms of glucose?

the conversion of glucose for energy produces H2O and CO2, these waste products are then exhaled and/or excreted in a variety of ways.

CO2(g) is from the degradation of glucose combining with O2. The result of this is carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H2O) and ATP. I think I know what you are asking when you refer to the hydrogen atoms of glucose. If you look closely to glucose in the beginning of cellular respiration it is C6H12O6 which combines with 6O2. So there is a total of 6 Carbons, 12 Hydrogens, and 18 (O12 + O6) Oxygens. Because the reaction has to balance reactants and products the end result is 6CO2 + 6H2O. Which equals 6 Carbons, 12 Hydrogens, and 18 Oxygens. The 6CO2 is transported out of your body via lungs and into the atmosphere. Photosynthesis and cellular respiration go hand in hand, the sun powers photosynthesis creating O2 (g) as a byproduct which we inhale and combine with the glucose we consume from food and we exhale CO2 which photosynthesis uses to produce more O2. Neat huh?

The carbon source is from the carbons of glucose or its derivitives. Most of the hydrogen atoms are joined with oxygen from oxygen gas (which accepted the electrons) to make water. This happens after Electron Transport Phosphorylation.
