What does shaving her head have to do with her kids?
What my question is why did she have kids if she's gonna pawn them on her mom and not take care of them herself?

I don't see what shaving one's head has to do with having kids? The real question is why did Britney have kids when she is obviously not ready to settle down and be a Mother? She is spiraling out of control, and I'm afraid for her welfare as well as the welfare of the children if she doesn't get some professional help soon. It's sad that she is actually making K-Fed look more stable.... Who'd ever think that?

Um I don't think shaving your head has any direct effect on how your kids will end up.
But given that, I think it was pretty dumb and imho seems like a desperate publicity thing on her part. Or maybe she just really wanted to. In the end who cares? Doesn't affect my life. Or anyone else's really.

She was just trying to express herself I guess. But having kids has nothing to do with shaving her head. I think it's pretty weird, personally.

There's nothing wrong with a mom being bald. All that counts is that she's a good mother. But Britney is too screwed up to be a mom to those innocent children.

The poor girl is having a very rough time of it right now. She's out of control and I sincerely pray someone steps up and gets her the help she needs.

It's her partying that everyone should be concerned with about her children. She does need some help. She is screaming for attention and in a very abusive way.
