I bought a gender predictor of which has a pending patent... What do you think?

Oh, it doesn't matter if I have a boy or a girl... I get giddy if I think about either one! I would just like to know so I can get an early start on buying a FEW things (of course, common sense would tell me to keep tags/receipts)... If the gender predictor is wrong, my ultrasound is only approx. 7-8 weeks away--leaving me time to return items. Here is the site where the gender predictor is: http://intelligender.com/

Also, I have to wait until tomorrow morning to perform the GPT.

Good question. Whether it's a boy or a girl, I hope you are pleased.

Patent pending means pretty much nothing. Even with a patent granted, there is no guarantee as to efficacy of the product or its quality. Things like medical tests are regulated in the US by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). Patents are granted by the Patent & Trademark Office. The two agencies have entirely separate roles and getting approval from one agency means little to the other.

In the US, it takes on average about 3 1/2 years to get a patent. While the patent laws require that the invention work, it doesn't have to work well to be patentable.

Hope this helps. -Steve

What the heck is that? Patents are full of it except for corporations with a room full of attorneys to defend it. The guy who invented the weedwacker..had a patent and a few big companies made the device anyways. He went to court with his attorney..they went to court with 25 attorneys..the judge ruled that a piece of string spinning on shaft is not a valid patent. It is now a billion dollar industry and he got the shaft.

Patent Pending? Hmmmm..... unsure if that quite is a band. to respond to your question, i became into 14 once I went to my first stay overall performance (which became into the treatment; particular, i'm old!!!! Sniff....), yet an grownup got here with me to make advantageous i became into all top and does no longer come out of the stay overall performance with a drug dependancy, Satanic ideals and a nosebleed. :) the ambience would be somewhat overwhelming, I supply you, regardless of the undeniable fact that it became right into a super rush. you're apprehensive approximately undesirable impacts from the band and/or their followers, are not you? nicely, in the adventure that your daughter thinks that's uncool so which you would be able to bypass together with her (do no longer know in case you will even prefer to), then possibly she would be in a position to bypass with an grownup you the two believe. i does no longer enable her to bypass with only a set of her friends.... God is conscious what would ensue.

soooo.. boy or girl??A patent only protects a product from being copied
there is no reason to copy a product if it doesn't work.
so... someone thinks it works.
Good luck

A pending patent doesn't excuse them from accuracy.
