It depends on how the snow turned yellow. If it's on the ground, it's probably because somebody took a leak there. You want to stay away from that, it could make you sick. If it's yellow because you poured Mountain Dew on it, then by all means, eat it.

Do you know what yellow snow is? Where an animal (including humans) have urinated.
It may not be dangerous but it could make you sick.
Best to avoid eating that area.
