so if a person has a aquarius rising and a pisces sun the person feels sensitive and emotional but appears to be cool and detached? can someone explain this ?

But the feeling part is more related to your moon sign. And the communication is more related to your mercury. In other words our outward expression is not the only vehicle we have to express ourselves.

that is the persona they put on for others,in their mind they feel that is the correct behavior for people they don't know,people call it ,being on their best behavior,Little do they know that this behavior is being influenced by their rising sign
