Start by shaving your head and getting a bunch of obnoxious tattoos. Followed by wearing a bunch of slutty clothes and showing off your rack. Then get knocked up by some douchebag and drive around erratically in your convertible hanging on to the little rugrat by the neck without a carseat. -Then you can work on your dance moves.

The dance in the video for the song is pretty easy I remember kids doing it in a talent contest at summer camp years ago... there's really only a specific one to the chorus but I'm sure you could come up with something for the rest... Just keep it as simple as possible if you have multiple people who need to learn it.... the more complicated you make it the harder it will be to stay in sync with eachother....
