Yes! Someone wrote me the sweetest poem ever, and I write poetry so I've written for him many times as well. That same person even made me a website where all my personal poetry is stored :D!

Yes on both. More times I've written poems for someone else.....yes, it's sweet! Not only to receive a poem but to see someone smile when they read the poem you gave them.

My boyfriend's an awesome poet so yes but i'm really not that big into poetry mostly because i'm a fiction writer and can't write poems at all
