i think an argument couldve been made for lewis, he was playing great before getting hurt. and to answer your question, ray allen is the better player. ray allen is a great scorer and the best shooter in the league. he is great from 3 and from the line, he is a great player. lewis is not nearly the shooter ray is.

Ray Allen is a leader and a great player. Rashard Lewis is younger than him and will probably be better in the upcoming seasons. I think he still deserved to be an All-Star this year even if Rashard was healthy

Rashard Lewis is pretty damn good he mite have had a good chance to make the all star game . I mean look at caron butler of the wizards. But i dont think he is better than ray allen and never will be. Hopefully none will be traded and the sonics can start to actually do some damage in the west once again. But if they had to trade someone it would probably be lewis. Its a really tough decision. idk hu i would rather. allen is getting old but hes still got plenty left, lewis could be a franchise player, but their both worth tons of money.

I'd have to say Rashard Lewis because him, Nowitzki, and Okur are the only ones who can hit the 3 regularly being over 6'10". Don't get me wrong Allen is awesome but Rashard Lewis can do everything: shoot the 3, go in for the slam, or shoot the 15 footer.

Ray Allen is the better player because of consistentcy. You always know what you are going to get from Ray. Rashard is all over the board. He could score 4 or 40. It can get frustrating.
