Success depends on my emotional strength and the size and complications of the problem.
However if I am down about the situation of our world, I go for a walk in the forest or by the ocean and let nature heal me.
Generally I try to be an optimist. If I was not, I would be in trouble.

Yes, I can, and it works. One of the best ways I've found for controlling my depression is just convincing myself that the good things are better than they are and the bad things don't really matter.
Most people just cal it "positive thinking". :)
