Is there a college or community college around chicago (i live in the NW suburbs) that has 2 summer semesters? i would like to take calc 1+2, but i cant take them in the same semester since calc 1 is a prerequisite to calc 2.
If there is no such college, then do any have a really early or late summer semesters in which i could take both calculus classes at seperate colleges?
thanks.

I am not sure about colleges in your area, but most colleges do have 2 summer sessions, usually one during June and one during July. However, in my experience (I am a math major), most colleges do not offer a lot of math classes during the summer, you will probably be hard pressed to find one that offers Calculus 1 and 2 during the summer. Usually if you go on to the college's website you can find the list of classes that will be offered in the summer. Usually you can find it on the Registrar's page. If I were you, I would do a search for all the colleges in your area and go on to the website of each one. If you can not find a list of the summer classes, e-mail someone in the registrar's department and they will be able to give you the link to the right web page or they will be able to look it up and tell you if those classes are offered. Don't forget you have to be accepted at that school to be able to take summer classes. If you are already going to another college you can usually register as a visiting student, but that requires paperwork from your current school to be filled out.

I truthfully have taken diverse summer season training and labored complete time and it wasn't undesirable in any respect. each summer season type I had became into lots much less complicated then onces for the time of the fall or spring. choose for it, that's going to be worth some time.

why don't you try an online college for that? Each semester is 10 weeks long.
