project MK-ULTRA, look it up on the web youll find it, still nto a lot of info available but waht i do know is it and other similar projects involved LSD for mind control, i bleive thye also spiked some water supplies in NJ (?) as a test without telling the people, one person killed tmesleves for sure, posssibly more ( even assuredly, but the one that did die jumped from a window or an apartment, hard to cover it up) thats all i can think of off the top of my head, do the search, tey FOIA website theres info there

The movie "Manchurian Candidate" dealt with this subject.
There has been much speculation, however the US government denies any such programs involving programming or "brainwashing".
Of course, that only means they probably did. No credible evidence has ever been presented.
