Late periots?

I get my periot every 2-3 months sometimes what can that mean is it bad i am 27 this been happening for a yr already it startet when i started trying to get pregnant and when i get my periot i will start to spot for a week then after the week i get my periot for 7 + day when it almost done i will spot again for like a week that really sucks so can anyone tell me what you think is going on I also get headack every time i lay down face down on the bed so what you think
