She teased me a good part of the night. She and her friend kept popping inside jokes at me in a kidding way and then having a laugh behind my back. I felt kind of bad because we have really developed a close friendship lately. Later, she said she enjoyed the witty banter we had back and forth, and she enjoyed the expressions on my face. Why did she torture me like this?? :(

I would have to say that this is her way of flirting with you, I know that sounds weird, but that's how a lot of young girls/guys flirt or express interest. Now if they're very personal attacks, I would then talk to her alone about them and express your feelings, otherwise play along and make FRIENDLY jokes back, but remember if you the GUY makes jokes you need to make sure they're harmless as girls are much more sensitive than guys for the most part.

A guy i know was flirting with my cousin sister when i was in love with him knowing it then they got flirting sexually until we discovered she was secretly married and abused shouted basically told him to leave her alone when she was also tagging him along now till date he doesnt like to hear or admit she was stringing him along you still like this girl after what she did?shes trying to push your buttons to see how much crap your going to take from her dont let her tell her to buzz off
