i started my period at school so when i got home i told my parents


what should i do???????

Oh to be a young girl again. First, get some tampons.pads fo ryourself. Second, take two asprin for those cramps or put a heating pad over your stomach. Rest and relax. It's not going to be a pleasent experience. Your first 2 days will be moderate then your last two tads will be light. Some periods last 3-5 ot 3-7 days it depends. You even have craving so eat what ever you want because you are going to having craving and don't dring any water because that causes bloating. Just take two tylenol and be a lady don't let this stop you.

If you've told your parents, I'm sure they've provided you with the supplies you need (pads or tampons). You just use those until the bleeding stops.

If you have ANY questions about what is happening to you, ask your mom. There is a lot of really bad information out there about sex and women's health. If your mom can't answer, you can also talk to your doctor.

make sure your mom buys a good supply of pads for you. always is a good brand. remember to carry around pads in your backpack. always use pads that have wings. wear black underwear and remember to change your pad every 3 hours.
