I'm looking for something character driven. I dunno, maybe a comedy. Something offbeat and funny, like Little Miss Sunshine or Running with Scissors. I loved those. :)

I am a big fan of all those films. I can't believe you've seen The Wrong Guy. That is one of my favorite films ever, but no one I know has ever heard of it. Anyway, these a few films I think you'll like, based on your preffered films. These are all very character driven, offbeat, and funny.
For Your Consideration (2006)....directed by Christopher Guest, same guy as Best In Show and A Mighty Wind.
A Prairie Home Companion (2006)
State and Main (2000)...funny and quirky
The Royal Tenebaums (2001)
Saved! (2004)
Eulogy (2004)
Gosford Park (2001)
Broadcast News (1987)

based on your tastes and if it is comedy you are after, you should really check out the films of Wes Anderson...
Bottle Rocket and Rushmore are his best.
If you like Little Miss Sunshine and Running With Scissors, you'll well appreciate those.

Go to Netflix.com and rate those movies and get recomendations from netflix...they always pick good ones for me.

well the only movie of those that I like is titanic but I think you would like employee of the month that was the BEST movie EVER!!!!!!!
