J-rich, Vince, Jordan, and Nique are the ones who stand out in my mind. I would have to go with Vince Carter though.

VINSANITY. He did a reverse 360 across the body windmill. He was one of the first to do an under the leg dunk off an alley oop. Obviously we cant forget about the elbow in rim. If you see any game he always does some explosive dunk. And if you want to leave the NBA you can say the best dunker is Air Up There (AUT) who did a 720 dunk in a game

From your list i would have to go with Jordan, because what he did made other players strive to do things while dunking that no one would have ever imagined. He revolutionized the dunk contest.
Carter, Wilkins and Kobe have all also done amazing things when dunking, but all of it was because what they grew up watching Jordan.
What Spud Webb did with the ball in the air that one year in Dallas was also pretty amazing, as is the little guy from the Knicks whose name escapes me right now just because of thier size. Spud gave little guys dreams about dunking as well and added his name to an elitle list with Jordan.

Jordan. He made the NBA what it is today (along with Bird and Magic). And unlike the rest of the dunk champions, Jordan went on the win multple NBA championships.

hell no! they gave him hazard after hazard over and onver till he hop over spudd webb. look at what iguadola did. decrease than the basketball hoop dunk. you are able to no longer in all hazard get greater powerful than that.
