I did a search and found that Gavena is a place in Italy.
Do you mean the Governor of Ghana?

There is no 'Govenor' in Ghana save for the Govenor of the Central Bank. Other than that the head of state and head of Government is The President of Ghana Mr. John Agyekum Kufuor. Follow Lee's links for more information. The links below are also very useful
