For thin crust, try Giorgio's in Headsburg. Also has fabulous pasta, etc.
For Chicago style, try Uno's.
The best pizza, period, is La Vera on 4th Street in Santa Rosa.
A very good pzza is the Greek Fanasty at Village Pizzeria on Park Street in Alameda.

Thin crust - Georgios on Clement at 4th or Gaspares on Geary at 20th
Deep Dish - Little Star on Divisadero at Fulton or Zackary's in Berkley.

Zachary's pizza in Berkeley (deep dish popular, but they have thin crusts too)

I concur with Bowzers in Alameda, thin crust New York style. For deep dish, no one beats Zachory's in Berkeley. It's awesome!!!

I truthfully have been given so teased approximately saying "pizza place" from an previous boyfriend who theory I could consistently say "pizzeria". exact, flow parent he stated Illinois as "ill-i-noise". after all.
